This Paring Knife, by Nogent, is ideal for chopping, peeling, slicing, paring fruit, vegetable and trimming meat.
The handle is made of stabilised dark wood, the blade is made of stainless steel.
Also available with a handle in a natural wood finish.
As early as the 18th century, in the French community Nogent, located in the Champagne region, the tendancy was clear : the art of knife making was the strongest of the area. The local natural resources were perfect to bring the craft to life. Louis André, named the best artisan of France, created in 1923 the current site of Nogent*** and the cutlery factory was born. In 1980, the industrialization of the mecanical means put the company on a larger map, and they now produce no less than 2 million pieces a year.
