Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Santo Mezquila
- 0.5 oz
Prosyro raspberry syrup - 0.5 oz lemon juice or
zap - 2 dashes
Scrappy’s orange bitters - sage leaves for garnish
- 9 drops of
vegan foamer
Method
- in a shaker add a lot of ice and all ingredients
- shake for at least 30 seconds to build the foam
- Strain in a chilled cocktail glass
- garnish with a sage leave
