Here's a local take on the Southside, that we baptized the Northside. In order make this local version, we used the Québec artisanal syrup brand KWE cocktails. This brand has a Mojito syrup made with handpicked local wild mint. No need to say it's a delight!



  • Fill your shaker with ice and add all ingredients;
  • Close your shaker and shake vigorously;
  • Strain the mix into a previously chilled glass;
  • Garnish with a dried lime wheel.
