A simple and festive take on the classic Negroni. In this recipe, we switch the gin for tequila and add a little dry vermouth to create a richer and more complex cocktail.

  • 1 oz of Tequila
  • 0.5 oz of Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.5 of Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz of Bitter liqueur or Aperitivo (Campari is commonly used here)
  • Garnished with a Filthy Food Italian Cherry and an orange twist

  • Add ingredients to you mixing glass, previously filled with ice;
  • Stir for at least 45 seconds, when you feel the ice is slightly melting;
  • Drop carefully a large ice cube at the bottom of your glass;
  • With a strainer, pour the mix into your glass;
  • Skewer a cherry (or two!) onto a pick, lay on top of the glass, add and orange twist and voilà!
